I can't afford any quality protein if i consume it at that rate by drinking them every day. The stuff i get has 18 servings, 60 grams protein (20g of whey) and it is about 50 bucks. I have about $7,000-$8,000 saved up in my bank but I can't touch it for another year yet.

i am trying to cut out soda. so i'm working on more water gradually as i cut out the soda.

It's a process so be patient and in time you'll be down to only one can a day and that's ok.

Not sure how much I drink, I used to drink a gallon a day, now I probably drink about 2 liters or so a day.

trouble with tap water is all the undesirable crap in it. That's why I prefer distilled

the water here smells like chlorine Sad
