Damn I drink at least 2 gallons per day when one considers the 7 shakes, 4+ coffee's, and the many litres of water/crystal lite I drink per day.

I drink a cup of milk for breakfast, then usually about 3 cups of distilled water during the day. And on lifting days I drink 3 tall glasses of shakes as well.

Why distilled water? And you should be having those shakes every day! Oh and increase the water!

Distilled water is just without sodium.....it's great the last week before your show, however any other time, it's not necessary.

The problem with distilled is that there is nothing in it other than H2O, and that IMO is not enough. I fully believe that one needs the minerals found in bottled/tap/well water for good health. I'm so glad that I live in a part of the world that still has good old tap water to drink.
