Right now I am hanging around 215. I am 6'0.5" (just so I can say I am over 6 foot).
My biggest thing for triceps is usually skull crushers. My left elbow has been hurting lately, so I have switched to close grips. I do these along with pressdowns, dips, or over-the-head cable extensions.

They are 18. I want them to grow more (I would take 19), but alas, in getting older the progress seems to be slowing. I definitely don't slack in the gym.

If what you're currently doing is not giving you the results you seek then maybe you ned to revamp how you go about training arms.

Yeah, actually started to change my routine around a little bit. I usually did each bodypart once a week. I am going to try to incorparate 2 bodyparts a day--- for example, 3 exercise for back with 2 for bis and then later in the week 3 for bis and 2 for back. I got a really good pump today too. So, we will see how that goes. Any other suggestions are always appreciated. I am usually in the 8 to 12 range too.

Keep it going dude! You're doing fantastic!! Actually ...I basically train 2-4 bodyparts per workout ( including abs and obliques, which are EVERY workout, and Calves which are 2 of every 3 workouts ) The only thing I change up these days are the reps and the weight. works for me...Jack.
