Does anyone have a good website that will provide nutritional data for common foods that may not have labels?  Specifically, I'm looking for data for a hard boiled egg.

Starting my food journal today.

Thanks!!

Of course it's hard!!  If it were easy, everybody would do it.

You can give these sites a shot  Grin  Try different combinations of wording as well if you are having trouble finding certain food types.

Go buy the nutrition almanac as this book is IMO the bible of nutrional breakdowns for any food. I'm not one to put much stock in the "net" when it comes to nutritional science etc as the almanac has been around for well over 20 years and is currently in its 5th edition, so iMO it's a much more reliable info source.
