I just had to post this, I found a pic of me back when I was about 21 years old or so, and a whopping 155lbs. I had to scan it in and post it. And the current pic at 221lbs that I have already posted in the other thread....

Even in that early pic one can see the potential for a great physique. I mean really it's not like you started with Larry Scotts genetics. IMO you've got the genetics of a Steeve Reeves, and as has been said before you need to get that ass of yours on stage!

Good job man. Hard to believe you did that in just 10 years. I would have loved to weigh 155 at 21. I was a massive 130 lbs.

Actually I did it in about 3 years of solid training and dieting. |
