Hey all, thought I'd contribute a couple pics I snapped today. I encourage EVERYBODY to get their asses in here and post pics, whether your a competitor or not. Just post!
I am sitting around 221-222lbs today, bf is around 10%. I was in the mid 230's for a bit and decided to tighten up, as I felt I was not putting anything but fat on, smooth and bloaty. Nah, I'd rather be tight and lean for now and put on slooow quality mass. I might drop another 5 pounds or so of fat and go from there.

QOD and p.s., thanks and I just may get that bug to compete this year... who knows. p.s., yeah I think the side chest is my strongest pose, I can create a pretty good illusion that I have a decent chest even though it is quite flat and I am lacking in the upper area.
