Hey HC, what happend to my pics MAN!!!!!

I am back to say what's up.
Just a bit about me for those who don't know,

I've just made my way back home (in the gym) after a 2 year lay off. I have already lost 15 pounds and still going. Lifting stats are working there way back up:
Bench 275
Dead 315
squat 315
Previous states
Bench 335
Deads 315 (I was always scared to go higher with the bad knee and all)
Squats 315
One thing I can say, "The body never forgets!!!!!"
I just figured out my diet and what works for me so I am happy bout that. 2000cal sometimes 1800cal most of which is protein. 2 meals, 3 shakes, and all water all the time.
Besides that man, I'm just chillen here in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
I am stoked about being back in the gym, but it's kinda hard with a "special needs" child, school, work, and "the wife."
But its all good and I'll holla at y'all latas..
