Other than working a 12 hr night shift and training legs before it's a just another day for me. Mind you it will be a 20+ hr day when all is said and done.

4-5 Hour shift of clients, workout, eat, sleep, 4 More hours of clients, eat, package my next days orders, sleep.
That is my day Sunday through Thursday exactly.

6:00a.m: Morning Post-Surgery Patient Review 7:00a.m: Scamocelular Tumor Resection from right ear 9:00a.m: Nipple Reconstruction with inner thigh skin graft 11:30a.m: Leg Ulcer Debreeding 1:00p.m. Lunch 1:30p.m.: Weekly Difficult Case Seminar 3:00p.m. Pharingoplasty 5:00p.m. Afternoon Post-Surgery Patient Review 7:00p.m: Time to go home
Just as any other day I guess. Long hehehehe

Pharingoplasty ??
When you have kids with cleft palate, its usual to find some oropharinx malformations. A pharingoplasty is just molding the pharinx and fixing it to make eating and breathing much easier, as well as helping with aesthetics. Cheers, Camilo
