Good morning all! I am going to have my hand's full today and it got me to wondering what is on everyone's agenda today. Is it a typical day for you today or is it more packed of things or people today? Good luck! Grin

Other than working a 12 hr night shift and training legs before it's a just another day for me. Mind you it will be a 20+ hr day when all is said and done.

Pharingoplasty ??

When you have kids with cleft palate, its usual to find some oropharinx malformations.  A pharingoplasty is just molding the pharinx and fixing it to make eating and breathing much easier, as well as helping with aesthetics.
