Generally I never eat bars, but if I'm out with QOD and my blood sugar is dropping I may have one or just say fuk it and eat a burger, as I feel even a Micky D burger is about as healthy for ya as a bar.
Yeah, maybe...but at least I can read the ingrediants in a bar...we still have no clue as to what those Micky D burgers have in them. YUCK!

HC and I rely on bars heavily throughout the day with our shakes. It's hard, because we are on the floor with clients all morning and all evening....one gets hungry in a 6 hour block.

Also, with today's go go go society it's nice to have something with some substance that we can rely on that is better than Taco Bell and more filling for me than a shake sometimes.
