Hello fellow forum dwellers...


Just wanted to throw up a quick intro. It's been ALONG time since I have been active due to lots of reasons but with the great source of info and the sense of family this board has I feel driven to start chiming in.

Myself and HARDCORE go back over 15 years , mmm the stories I could tell. Pretty well best friends at the onset, and we always seem to be hanging near or around eachother.( Personally I think he is stalking me) ;P

Joking aside...and onto some personal stuff about myself. I have been lifting hard and heavy for the last decade + with some extensive background in the pharmaceutical ends of things. Most recently had a serious powerlifting injury that has had me laid out for the better part of three months. I see this board as a very useful tool in tracking my progress and just talking to others that have the same mindset that I do.

HARDCORE as always my brother yet another wonderful board for all of us, thanks for provided such a forum.
